AMMA is insurance by and for the health sector. It is always managed by healthcare providers, who work in collaboration with insurance specialists. It also works on a non-profit basis and offers its policyholders high-quality contracts adapted to the specific needs of service providers. As of today, more than 40,000 insured members of the medical and paramedical corps, as well as hundreds of institutions, hospitals, and associations, rely on the protection of AMMA. It was founded in 1944 and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
