In April 2006, a group of leading European investors led by Gerardo Braggiotti buy and recapitalize Banca Leonardo, with the goal of creating the first private investment bank and independent in Italy and become a leader in its market, through improved systems counseling, individual approach differentiating and long-term, high value-added, professionalism and competence recognized.
