What are the differences in regulations for each
License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Company Information
Get to know BenMon
BenMon provides a platform that enables companies and investors to create online crowd stock offerings or CSOs and raise between 100 and 6 million shekels by selling stocks and bonds to the public. CSOs offer a quick and easy way to raise capital for a new start-up idea, established company, or social business. The holders of equity can trade their stocks and bonds online on the platform after they complete the CSO. It can benefit businesses seeking to grow, early-stage start-up companies, or social businesses aiming to change the world. It is PCI-compliant to protect payments and trading data and licensed and regulated by the Israel Securities Authority. Registering for the Kanyata website is free. To launch a Kanyata CSO of stocks or bonds, the user needs to pay a CSO set-up fee of 20,000 shekels. This fee includes a marketing package (strategic planning, graphic design, and more), consultation with a Kanyata advisor (attorney, accountant, or financial advisor), full support in setting up and launching the campaign, a trusteeship agreement, and a payment processing account.
