They spent three years developing the Beyontec Suite before they offered it to a single customer. They anticipated the independence and self-sufficiency their customers want, and they built it in, making the Suite easily configurable enough that their customers can do what they want, when they want. They fulfilled their business needs in their programming. They accommodate their operational needs by enabling them to flexibly configure the Suite to suit their preferences and their processes, without having to wait for or rely on us or their IT departments to get documents and products in production.
