What are the differences in regulations for each
License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Get to know Covenant
In February 2010, Covenant opened its doors in San Antonio with fourteen team members who were passionate about executing their mission of unburdening clients from the daily cares of financial management. In 2012, Covenant expanded its presence into North Texas with the opening of their Dallas office and the addition of three team members focused on serving their metroplex clients and growing the Covenant brand. Later that year, they added team members in Austin, and ultimately, established their presence in Oklahoma in 2015 with the acquisition of their team in Oklahoma City. While Covenant’s legacy has been primarily serving corporate executives and business owners, today, they work with a wide variety of clients – both individuals and institutions. Besides broadening their service offering, they have also broadened their talented team to 37 experienced advisors and support personnel across their four offices.
