The FSCB is an independent organization established to promote high standards of competence and behavior in UK financial services. In May 2021, the Banking Standards Board (BSB) became the Financial Services Culture Board (FSCB). Their new name reflects that they have opened up membership to all firms in financial services committed to understanding and improving their culture.
