Fox Chase Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Fox Chase Bank (the Bank). The Bank operates as a community-oriented financial institution offering traditional financial services to consumers and businesses in its market areas. The Bank attracts deposits from the general public and uses those funds to originate one- to four-family real estate, multi-family and commercial real estate, construction, commercial and consumer loans, which the Bank generally holds for investment. The Bank also maintains an investment portfolio. The Company maintains two offices in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, one office in each of Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties, Pennsylvania and three offices in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Bank established Davisville Associates, LLC and 104 S. Oakland Ave., LLC as wholly owned subsidiaries.
