The HoustonStreet European electricity trading platform is now live, marking the first step in establishing a multi-commodity, online trading platform spanning all European markets. Initially, trading is focused on power, with trading floors for England and Wales, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland, then expanding into other regions and other commodities including crude oil, refined products and natural gas.
