Our system has the ability to request a file from the carrier, bring it in, provide the agent or policyholder the ability to manage the policy, and send the change back to the carrier. This transactional vision is years ahead of the industries capabilities however IBQ is ready when the carriers capabilities catch up. Since inception, IBQ has flourished as a true “real time” rater, allowing agents the accuracy and efficiency of quoting their clients using rates returned by the carrier systems.
