INSURICA is deeply committed to serving in their local communities, and they believe the character of their agency is enhanced when they choose to openly display concern for humanity. They developed a community outreach program called U-Serve, designed to positively impact the lives of others by serving to the best of their abilities. By giving their colleagues the opportunity to serve with their time, talents, and funds, they are able to make a difference in their local communities and empower their people to be servants of hope and change. In addition to continued participation as a Pacesetter with United Way, they are very involved in their local communities through ongoing support of deserving organizations such as Allied Arts, Cross & Crown Mission, Regional Food Bank, Lighthouse Rescue Mission, Grace Resources, Children’s Center of Antelope Valley, Bakersfield Memorial Children’s ICU, Children’s Miracle Network, East Texas Crisis Center, Gateway to Hope, the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity.
