What are the differences in regulations for each
License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Company Information
Get to know Invencor
invencor offers both its consulting and venture managed companies over a century of combined experience, established contacts and personal relationships throughout the United States. The Team has deep expertise in operations and finance, critical to the needs of seed through mezzanine stages of any company’s life cycle. Debra R. Guerin Beresini and D. Kirk B. Westbrook, invencor’s principals, have worked together since 1995 while employed at Silicon Valley Bank. The nationally recognized bank specializes in serving pre-profit, early stage technology companies most of which are backed by venture capitalists. Since their departure from the Bank in 1997, they have been working with early stage companies providing strategic direction for numerous clients in International Venture Fund’s target markets. Both principals leverage over 40 years of combined experience with a very hands-on approach to provide early stage companies guidance as well as access to extensive personal contacts throughout each of the targeted areas. In addition to Ms. Guerin Beresini and Mr. Westbrook, invencor also enjoys the additional resources provided through its partnership in International Venture Fund I with the principals of Santa Fe Venture Partners (SFVP). The Principals, Richard H. Harding and Daniel A. Macuga bring a combined total of over 60 years of executive level experience in the financing and operations of high technology companies. Ms. Guerin Beresini and Mr. Westbrook have worked with Mr. Harding to help provide financing to early stage high technology companies since 1993 at Silicon Valley Bank and later at invencor, inc. SFVP’s principals are the Fund’s New Mexico based representatives who are active in the community and work with the portfolio companies located within the State. SFVP’s background and experience are also leveraged in the Fund’s other markets.
