The company is under the supervision of Banca d'Italia where it is subscribed with n. 235 at the financial brokers register. The company is controlled by the holding Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A., listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. MutuiOnline, as a broker, doesn't deliver directly the fundings but it links consumers with more than 40 banks which offer special and discounted products.
