What are the differences in regulations for each
License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

Company Information
Get to know SDC A/S
The SDC Group originally emerged from the association of Danish savings banks' computer centres. The association was established in 1963 in order to meet the electronic banking needs of Danish savings banks. Then as now, the basic concept was: working together to achieve lower costs for the individual through economies of scale. The first centre under SDC, the Copenhagen centre became operational in 1964. In 1966 another centre was opened in Århus and another in Odense the year after that. At the time it was important for the savings banks and operational centres to be close to one another. As the 1960´s progressed, SDC's market share increased sharply. By the start of the 1970´s - just ten years after being established - virtually all Danish savings banks which needed EDP services had joined SDC.
