Switcheo Labs is a creative and experimental think tank that guides and nurtures decentralized ecosystems in the DeFi space. Founded in 2018, Switcheo Labs was born out of a simple desire to make finance accessible and trust optional. Recognizing the financial challenges that currently exist, Switcheo Labs innovates on robust alternatives to put power back where it rightly belongs, in the hands of the people. Switcheo Labs elevates the competencies and accessibility of digital financial services through building open-source decentralized platforms such as Carbon. At the same time, Switcheo Labs believes in empowering people and fostering a strong community. Like shepherds, Switcheo Labs aims to lead alongside the community, to give people the tools and support they need to have greater power in how they choose to interact and transact. Ultimately, Switcheo Labs' vision is to create a truly free world, by upholding the core tenants of DeFi, to be permisionless, transparent and censorship resistant.
