Telematics Technologies sp. z o.o., a Polish technology company, until December 2017 operating as NaviExpert sp. z o.o. The company is a leading provider of insurance telematics and premium navigation solutions for smartphones on the Polish market. The company's portfolio also includes, among others, a system for managing fleets of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes called NaviExpert Telematics. In terms of telematics insurance, since 2015 Telematics Technologies has been working with PZU Group, which is one of the largest financial groups in Central and Eastern Europe. As a result of cooperation between the entities, the first offers of Usage-Based Insurance appeared on the Polish market (Safe driving with LINK4, LINK4 Cash Returns) as well as offers of accident detection and reconstruction (PZU GO). Individual customers know Telematics Technologies primarily as a navigation application provider NaviExpert. The application is available on the market under its own brand, as well as in a white label model in offers of all mobile network operators in Poland as Navigation Orange, Navigation Play, Navigation Plus, Navigation T-Mobile. Every month, the system is used by nearly 600 thousand paying users. The company creates solutions that aim to increase road safety by improving drivers' driving styles. Since 2012, the company's CEO has been Adam Bąkowski. The majority shareholder of Telematics Technologies company is Noble Fund Private Debt Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych with its registered office in Warsaw.
