What are the differences in regulations for each
License
A Grade License
Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.
B Grade License
Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.
C Grade License
Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.
D Grade License
From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

The Wealth Factory designs WealthyLife financial literacy education technology games, curriculum, and fintech products. Our first game, CreditStacker, teaches credit management through a free match-three game, similar to Candy Crush, by allowing users to swap pieces to pay off their debt, achieve a high credit score and learn from the multiple-choice questions. It has been named the best financial literacy product in the country by The White House, Department of Education, and JP Morgan Chase. Washington Life named it the top financial literacy product in the world and Google confirmed, inducting it into their Top 50 Apps department. It's also the #1 most downloaded edtech app in 14 countries on Apple, top 5 in 40 countries. The WealthyLife financial literacy textbook has been adopted by the Department of Education Family Engagement Policies. Our fintech product, CreditRich, enables users to round up spare change to pay off their debt in monthly installments leveraging our proprietary algorithm to unconsciously raise credit scores for $9.99 per month. We are partnered with Experian and launched on the Google Play store in April 2021.
