Once homes are identified, TLCengine will allow home buyers to start an offer, submit loan applications, and shop for insurance in one consolidated experience by seamlessly integrating home search, financing, and insurance in a consolidated application, TLC will benefit from a significantly lower CAC and will pass on a portion of these savings to their home buyers. TLCengine is a PropTech company and recently signed an LOI to acquire an established boutique brokerage in the Boston area that was an early adopter of TLC’s earlier IDX website (home search portal) offering. The brokerage has an established presence and strong brand locally, which TLC seeks to replicate nationwide.
