TransferHelper

TransferHelper is a Taiwanese startup, focuses on solving international money transfer problems (delays, overcost and inefficiency) with tools such as AI Chatbot for customer service, Security Databases, and 24h Q&A to provide the best solution to the customer. Due to the lack of FinTech companies which can provide excellent money transferring service in the Asian market, different types of currencies (such as NTD, IDR or PHP) are complicated to exchange. For this reason, Asian customers are feeling the void of an integrated system which can provide a wide range of Asian currencies to exchange instantly. TransferHelper emerges as the solution to cover the needs of the Asian population in general, and the Taiwanese citizens in particular. Providing an automatic peer‐to‐peer matching platform, without any need to install additional software, and with the highest parameters of security, TransferHelper will bring to the users the solution that they were waiting for. Our system relies on instant communication with the customer, with an automatic tool (Chatbot) that can be used to realize the transactions almost instantly. The chatbot is an automatic bot which works in a Facebook API, which means that any additional app has to be downloaded. This system also can be integrated with other apps such as LINE or Whatsapp.
