What are the differences in regulations for each

    License

    A Grade License

Issued by globally renowned regulators, these licenses ensure the highest trader protection through strict compliance, fund segregation, insurance, and regular audits. Dispute resolution and adherence to AML/CTF standards further enhance security.

    B Grade License

Granted by respected regional regulators, these licenses offer robust safety measures such as fund segregation, financial reporting, and compensation schemes. Though slightly less strict than Tier 1, they provide dependable regional protection.

    C Grade License

Issued by regulators in emerging markets, these licenses offer basic protections such as minimum capital requirements and AML policies. Oversight is less stringent, so traders should exercise caution and verify safety measures.

    D Grade License

From jurisdictions with minimal oversight, these licenses often lack key protections like fund segregation and insurance. While attractive for operational flexibility, they pose higher risks to traders.

    Get to know Voulez Capital

Voulez Capital is a VC for Female Founders which creates an environment where they, and their businesses, can truly flourish. They see investment in women not just as ‘impact’ investment, though it is. It is something that makes business sense and a great source of opportunities. Many reputable studies have shown that businesses with more gender-balanced senior teams perform better than the rest of the market (e.g. Quantopian, Credit Suisse, Catalyst, Nordea). It is their sincere desire that in a few years' time, as a result of work done by companies like Voulez Capital, their focus on women will no longer be required. That the venture capital market will 'normalize' and will be able to broaden their investment criteria. In the meantime, Voulez Capital invests in exceptional management teams which include at least one woman founder, businesses focused on less traditionally feminine sectors, such as energy and sustainability, technology (SaaS, IoT, data, etc.), market places, manufacturing, engineering, product design, healthcare, and education. We also invest in outstanding products and services aimed at improving women's (and family's) lives, such as women's health, things that enable better work-life balance, easier, more effective, more convenient and less gender-biased childcare and education. They like businesses that focus on improving effectiveness, style, convenience, comfort, and fit.
