We specialize in matching funders and borrowers who apply for loan on buy-to-let properties in the U.K and Japan. We offer flexible short-term loan to borrowers and provide funders attractive yield with collaterals. Our business model helps smoothen and shorten the period from loan application to loan drawdown compared to most major banks. We deploy AI and technologies to complete processes like client onboarding, valuation of properties, borrowers risk assessment, matching of funders and borrowers. We are developing an online platform for borrowers and funders to go through the end-to-end loan application process to enhance the efficiency of our model. Besides, all loan applications are processed in Hong Kong and supported by Hong Kong local team.
